The company currently has thirteen employees. Our highly qualified colleagues provide a broad professional background and are equally accepted and acknowledged members of economic life and the academic, professional scene.
Our colleagues have excellent competences in the fields of innovation management, environment protection, regional development, industrial development, natural sciences (biotechnology, chemistry, physics), regional and urban development and economics. They share many years of experience in the development, implementation and management of complex projects. Our consultants regularly participate in extension training courses and professional events and conferences. Two of our colleagues are currently studying at the PhD School of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Szeged.
Besides our full-time colleagues, an extended network of experts also helps our work. Our Hungarian and international experts are full members and experts of many renowned international organisations.

Dr. Péter Mogyorósi, Managing Director, majority owner
The majority owner and director of the company, Dr Péter Mogyorósi, received his degree as a physicist in 1984 and his PhD in laser surface micro-texturing in 1986 at József Attila University (JATE), Szeged, Hungary. He worked as a researcher for eight years initially at JATE and then at the Universities of Linz and Uppsala. He is author to some 25 international publications and in 1988, he won the E-MRS “Young Scientist Award”. During the course of his business career, he established AB Osteuropeiska Kompaniet in 1990 in Sweden together with Swedish businessmen. Between 1991 and 1996, he was majority owner of H&M Trafó Kft. (Ltd.). He established Laser Consult Kft. in 1992. He is vice-chair at the Innovation Working Committee of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, between 1995 and 1998 he was chairman of the Innovation Working Committee of the Csongrád County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he is also the South Great Plain representative of the Hungarian Association for Innovation and has been a member of the presidium since 1999. Between 1997 and 1998 he was vice-chair of the Regional Health Insurance Committee. In 1993, he launched the operation of Mensa HungarIQa where he was vice-chair and later chair until 1997.
